The following stipulations provide the terms and conditions for Cute-Card.com.

Services provided by Cute-Card.com are limited to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use services provided by Cute-Card.com.

Once you send your order by e-mail, Cute-Card.com considers that the terms and conditions have been read and accepted by the client wishing to use the services provided by Cute-Card.com and that the client cannot depart from those terms and conditions.

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made by telephone or on the Internet.

The client will soon receive a reply via e-mail from our web site to confirm the availability and possibility to process the request with all the details.

ARTICLE 1 - Purpose
The present contract determines the rights and obligations of Cute-Card.com and the client for the services provided by Cute-Card.com

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Cute-Card.com on one side and the client on the other side. These terms and conditions outline all rights and obligations for both parties and no other condition can be incorporated.

Cute-Card.com will provide all contact information on its web site Cute-Card.com and all correspondence.

Both parties agree that this contract is subject to Egyptian laws. In accordance with Best Graphic's country of registration, terms of business are governed by the laws of Egypt.

ARTICLE 3 - Services & Terms of Order
On the web site Cute-Card.com, Cute-Card.com offers the possibility of having an art work, buying the desired cute cards or any other services provided by our company.

Cute-Card.com provides services that confirm your order with accept payment(s) to evidence your binding commitment for the full amount of your order excluding the shipping fees at the time your order is placed with the dedicated shipping company obligated to fulfill delivery on your behalf.

The order processing and delivery by each dedicated shipping company will vary and we do not guarantee the amount of time it will require producing your order and thus completing shipment. Refund will be issued when you cancel your selection even after your order has been accepted or has been shipped.

We offer great pricing and value by providing services and placement of your order into a highly efficient production and fulfillment process. These specialized services are provided and earned in their entirety when your order is placed and entered into our system. By this means we eliminate costly warehousing, display and inventory related costs which allow us to pass on reduced costs to you, our valued customer.

Note that your order is not deemed "Properly Completed" until such time we receive your financial commitment and have confirmed, in writing, all information required to properly process your order. The order shipment times are indefinite and otherwise subject to delay specific to unanticipated consumer demand, shortfalls in manufacturer supply availability. The shipping company notice of order time delay shall not constitute cause for order termination and in no event shall product availability or manufacturing delay of any item constitute cause to terminate any other portion of the order. We reserve the right to refund the amount paid by the customer for any individual item or the portion of an order deemed undeliverable.

ARTICLE 4 -Working Times
During office hours (Saturday to Thursday, 10am until 5pm), requests are processed immediately; however, confirmations may be delayed as we are subject to response delay from the print shops.

ARTICLE 5 - Confirmation and Payment
Cute-Card.com will confirm the request by sending via email or fax upon receiving a money transfer of the cards/item amount.
Cute-Card.com accepts money transfer via "Western Union".

All credit card orders are not acceptable. Depending on where you live or the type of order you place, shipping from our firm for delivery to your home may exceed the billing cycle on your financing sources. All orders that are delivered via the shipping firms delivery systems are due in full at the time of purchase.

ARTICLE 6 - Cute Card Prices Prices shown on Cute-Card.com are indicated in US $.

ARTICLE 7 - Stop Payment

All correspondence between Cute-Card.com and the clients is kept at the Cute-Card.com processing center. It will be used as evidence in case of disputes, for orders and payments.

Cute-Card.com will file law suits and ask for compensation for unjustified stop payment. If a stop payment is unjustified, invoices will be due, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Cute-Card.com.

ARTICLE 9 - Disputes
Cute-Card.com shall not be held responsible for delay of shipping/delivery of the orders arising due to unavoidable circumstances.

All texts visible on the site and the terms and conditions are originally written in English. Only texts in English will be referred to should there be contesting from the client. Any legal procedure will have to be based on the English texts. Cute-Card.com acknowledges that the Terms and Conditions in any other language are only translations from the original English texts.

Both parties agree that the sole jurisdictions competent to handle any dispute arising from the present contract are the Cairo Courts (Egypt). All legal costs will be borne to the party filing the law suit.
